• Project Management
• Quality Engineering

• Quality Management / Business Development

As a consultant at AFRY, you will have a workday filled with variety, responsibility, and opportunities. The role suits you who want both the security of a stable employment and the freedom to work on assignments that develop your skills and broaden your perspective.

In the consulting role, you will:

• Work on assignments for various clients, where you can use and develop your knowledge
• Contribute your expertise and be an important part of clients' development and improvement work
• Drive and implement projects, often in cross-functional teams where you work closely with both the client's and AFRY's colleagues
• Tailor your development journey through choice of assignments. We match assignments based on interest, experience, personality, and ambition — whether you want to broaden or deepen your expertise
• Build networks across multiple industries and gain experiences that are hard to obtain in a traditional job
• Contribute to sustainable and future-oriented development, as many of AFRY's client projects are linked to digitalization, quality assurance, and the green transition

Qualifications

We believe that you:

• Are prepared to commute and also travel for work
• Live in — or are willing to move to — the Örnsköldsvik or Umeå region
• Can see yourself thriving in the consulting role and appreciate variety and new challenges
• Have experience in one of our sought-after areas of expertise
• Hold a relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and curious about developing
• Like the idea of contributing to a more sustainable society
• Many of our security-classified clients require Swedish citizenship, so we consider this an advantage
